The Attorney General has stated that the Legislation banning bikie club members from associating with each other will be the government’s priority when Parliament resumes next month. He goes on to say that “It is absolutely critical to the law and order agenda of this state,” and “It’s always been a view of the government that bikies are a menace to all citizens of WA and the evidence of that fact just keeps on mounting.”
One must question where this information actually comes from and what impact that “bike clubs” have on average society. Over the past few days the papers and talk back radio have been flooded with callers raising issues about violent incidents that have occurred across the city. People have been stabbed, bashed and threatened on a daily basis by Sudanese street gangs yet there is not one mention of this issue by our Attorney General and his proposed legislation will be useless in dealing with an issue that is effecting more people than bike clubs ever will.
The perception of being tough on law and order has always been a vote winning exercise by governments and that is all this new legislation is. If you are unfortunately a victim of crime, say your house is burgled, car stolen, handbag snatched or bashed by a group of twenty Sudanese youths, guess what….it won’t have been done by a bloke in a bike club. So don’t piss in my pocket about how this crap will make all citizens in WA safer.

The government has to have someone to point at and say “it’s all their fault” as it diverts people’s attention away from what else is going on. Unfortunately groups that want to live on the fringe of society (such as bike clubs) are always going to be targeted because they are so visible. I’m surprised that bikie clubs have not been blamed for the Global Financial Crisis, Global Warming, Daylight Savings and little Johnnie coming home with less than satisfactory grades.
This reminds me of school where the popular kids used to pick on the quiet kid that would keep to themselves and didn’t socialise with the others.
I’ve heard over and over again about how people are scared now to go out into town for fear of being attacked by the unruly in the nightclubs or by gangs of street thugs on their way home. These people say they love coming to the club because they feel safe there. They know that they will be looked after and that trouble of any kind will not be tolerated. No glassings, no fights, people are polite and have a great time. Doesn’t sound like a bikie club being a menace to anyone, more like the opposite.
Come down to the club on Friday night and see for yourself if you haven’t been down before. Talk to the guys and make up your own mind about the, so called, bikie menace.

I’ve been going to the clubhouse almost every friday night for quite a few years and as a single female i feel a hell of alot safer there than going anywhere else in perth. I know i will be looked after as they will not tolerate any kind of trouble. I’ve never ever seen any sort of violence or trouble at the club in all the time i’ve been going. They’re a great polite and caring group of loveable guys and im proud to call them my very close and dear friends. I’ve always had a great time there and have never felt threatened. So for all of you that have never been maybe you should before you form an opinion about the guys and the so called bikie menace i trust them more and definately know im safer with the guys in the club than with the fucking dickheads i’ve come across in any nightclub or pub in and around perth who i feel are the real menaces of society.
O.K. this proves how gutless the West Australian Government & their departmental lackey,s are, because if they stated that most of the violent crime in this state is caused by Sudanese, Vietnamese, Greek, Libyan, Arab, Somalian, Chinese or any other ethnic street gang & started to act against them. The limp wristed, tree hugging, gay whale saving activists would get up on their cardboard podiums in front of the media & their rent a crowd mates & start carrying on about the State Government being zenophobic & racial predjudice ( fucks up the public relation image & the marginal seats come election time) not to mention some foreign trading partners & the UN (as if the UN gives a fuck anyway, they have said fuck all about Australia not having a bill of rights as per the UN mandate & we sent delegates over to draft the thing back in 1946/7, no bullshit, check on the internet if you don’t believe me).
Now the Government & their lackey,s may be lacking in moral fibre & intestinal fortitude, they however are not stupid, they have studied history, take a minority that is high profile, visible & the general population is biased against, then use the media to feed that bias, blame them for all the crime & all the woes that plaguing the population, pass freedom restricting laws that affect all the population – next thing you have a oppresive police state. Fuck it worked in 1930,s Germany against the Jews, why not 2012 Australia against patched motorcycle clubs.
Some people have stated they feel safer & made more welcome at our Clubhouse than at nightclubs & pubs, ask yourself why? Because you are treated with politeness, respect & know any antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated in the Clubhouse by anyone, member or guest, if in the unlikelyhood that this occurs, it is dealt with quickly and very effectively, so naturally people feel safe, not only that the drinks are cheaper & we do not charge like a wounded bull when we provide entertainment ( are we a bikie menace or a voice that is not afraid to speak out against proposed state sanctioned oppression).
So in summary. Fight the proposed laws & come down the Clubhouse on a Friday night or to one of our events & make your own decision if we the menace to society they say we are or not, I think you would be pleasantly surprised.

I look forward to the day when all Porters grand plans come crashing down. Think that it is only a matter of time before his past will catch up with him and his character will be in the spotlight. As I have always said Bike Groups are easy to Demonise and that is what the Goverment are doing to try and get these Anti Association Bill through Parliment. SA had it knocked on the head, NSW failed also, VIC Gov had said it goes against the rights of democracy and Human Rights, and now WA & Old are going to have crack. Yes the Puppets in all WA Gov system will get to the High Court and that is where the real battle will take place and the WA Gov will fail as they will not be able to walk it through. To bad the WA Gov will wast Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars trying maybe Millons. This is the true crime that is being done to the Tax Payers of WA, but as always White Collar Crime gets away with it, especially when you have a Gov Title.

Yeah I wonder how the typical tax payer off the street here in WA would feel knowing that hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of their hard earned dollars are going to be used to in the high court to support legislation that will limit their own freedoms and rights in this state? Sort of like paying your parents to ground you.
